Karolynn Flynn, a three-year student of the Mindsight Institute, will describe the fascinating intersection of Neural Biology, meditation and factors promoting health and wellbeing.

Twelve Steps to Compassion:  Step 3, Compassion for Yourself. The third in a series of monthly programs based on the book by celebrated religious historian Karen Armstrong.  Meet at the Katz building on Monday, April 2, from 7:15pm to 9:15pm.
