Channie Peters adds a unique spark to our community with her potent combination of determination and warm smiles. She serves as chairperson for both the Community Life and UU Living teams, and lends her moxie to the Budget Leadership, Finance, Green Sanctuary, and Welcome teams as well. Channie sings soprano in the choir, and served as Cedars Board president from 2007–2010. Channie, what would we do without you?

Wow – thanks for the recognition! What a surprise to find myself here. And to Richard – your digital photo essay is a great contribution. I’m wondering if there could be an online photo album of more, many of your photos of Cedars’ events that would be accessed via a link from the home page. If anything gives website visitors a sense of our congregation it’s an album of how we are in community with each other. Maybe this could be under the “community life” link? I bet we could recruit you as the official community life photographer!
