Fran will discuss the 99% movement (Occupy Wall Street, etc.) and what caused it to burst on the scene in September 2011. She’ll explore how it has evolved since last then, how it relates to the UU social justice mission, and what a more localized vs. globalized economy can mean for each of us. She will also tell the story behind YES! Magazine’s book on the Occupy movement, This Changes Everything.
