Larry Bridges, Guest Musician, with Bill Scarvie, Worship Associate

In June, 2011, and May, 2012, Bill Scarvie traveled to Umasbamba, Perú, a tiny Andean village. There he and fellow “voluntouristas” lent their hands to build smoke-free kitchen wood stoves in village homes. Upon returning, several discovered that they had left something precious behind—their hearts. This Sunday, Bill and Woodinville UU Church member Larry Bridges will tell their story in words, music and pictures. They will be joined by Chris MacKay, co-founder of project sponsor, Crooked Trails, for which there will be a Special Collection.
