Almost every non-Hawai’ian recognizes “aloha” as the Hawai’ian way of saying “hello” and “goodbye.” But few understand that the true meaning of aloha goes deeper than mere greeting—much deeper. Understanding aloha as a way of being—with oneself, with others and with the land—can guide us toward realizing the dream of beloved community. Come join us as we explore the spirit of aloha.
