The Ministerial Search Committee has moved beyond its review of informational materials submitted by ministerial candidates expressing interest in Cedars. The committee has conducted follow-up electronic/video interviews with individuals selected as promising possibilities, and is now looking forward to face-to-face meetings scheduled with each of three pre-candidate finalists and a further phase of evaluation and final selection.
An Active Process The Search Committee has now moved beyond the committee’s preparation and release of a Cedars Congregational Record for Minister Search sharing descriptive information about Cedars with potential minister candidates, and its assembly of an extensive Search Packet containing copies or samples of Cedars’ operational and organizational material such as bylaws, board and congregational meeting
