Former Cedars member Robert (Bob) Gedney passed away earlier this month at the age of 102. Before settling on Bainbridge with his wife Ellen in 1975, he served as Board President of Bellevue’s Eastshore Unitarian Church where he oversaw construction of their new building. Our Special Collection for January 28, 2018 will be for Helpline House and North Kitsap Fishline. This collection will enable both of these agencies to purchase fresh produce during the winter months when local farms and vegetable gardens are taking a breather. Over 750 families each week rely on the food provided by these agencies.
