You are invited! This month’s movie for discussion is the 2011 drama, The Help. Adapted and directed by Tate Taylor from the best-selling book by Kathryn Stockett, the film celebrates the friendship and sisterhood of women and social issues within Southern households and towns in the context of the Civil Rights and Women’s movements of the 1960’s.
