The Tuesday Night Meditation group is using Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Wherever You Go, There You Are: Mindfulness Meditation in Everyday Life for their weekly discussions. Kabat-Zinn developed mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), which now is being offered by many medical centers.
Join the group at the Cedars Center at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday nights, for a 25-minute meditation, followed by tea and discussion.
